We offer repair and spare parts service.
Electrical components: 6 months for motors, controls, batteries, chargers, electric accelerators, pedal assistance sensors and 12 months for display instruments.
Base parts: Frame 12 months, flywheel 3 months.
Consumption parts: Tyres, brakes etc. are consumable parts and not included in the scope of delivery.

What to do if your e-bike breakdowns, does not work properly or gets damaged?
1. Please contact our store via your order page and then send us relevant photos and videos. We will reply to you within 12 hours and offer you a suitable solution.
2. If the situation you encounter does not allow further delay, please go to the local bicycle shop for repair, and the repair costs will be borne by us. This will solve the problem faster.
