[TSDZ2B 36V 250W & 48V 500W – 2024 Version] are the updated versions of the TSDZ2. Compared to the old version, the TSDZ2B has two clutches on the large gear, ensuring smoother operation, increased efficiency, reduced wear and extended service life. The motor 36 V 250 W offers a maximum torque of 80 Nm and the 48 V 500 W offers 100 Nm. Both are designed as torque sensors and have an IP54 waterproof rating
[TSDZ8 Motor 48V 750W – 2024 Version] is the updated version of the TSDZ2B with a new look. Integrated with a torque sensor and a maximum torque ≥ 120Nm, the TSDZ8 48V 750W creates a seamless transition between pedal mode and pure electric mode, recreating the feeling of riding a traditional bike.
Compatibility and installation: This motor fits bicycles made of aluminium alloy with bottom bracket lengths of 68-73 mm and inner diameters of 33.5-36 mm, according to the JIS standard. It is only suitable for bicycles with chain drive and equipped with disc brakes or V-brakes. All necessary parts are included to ensure installation.
Upgrade with double coupling and reduction shaft: The innovative double clutch system seamlessly replaces the standard coupling and thus minimises resistance when pedaling. To fix the susceptibility of the original disposable roller bearings in the reduction shaft, we have integrated a robust new component to improve durability.
Optional LCD Display EKD01 & SW2-M58: Choose engines of the 2024 version and welcome the intelligent and multifunctional bicycle computer. The EKD01 display features Bluetooth, navigation and multilingual support, while the SW2-M58 offers a high-brightness glare-free colour LCD and a minimalist user interface.
