Function: This device is a controller with dual mode trapezoidal commutation to control all the functions of your e-bike. The controller switches devices such as the motor and the lights on/off, and the information from the PAS sensor, brake sensors and Hall sensor is processed and transmitted to the display. The controller can be perfectly attached to the bike using the controller box.
Power: The controller for 36V or 48V batteries offers a rated power of 500W at 9A. The maximum current is 11A with a maximum peak power of 500W. The power at the light output is 3 W (100 mA, voltage corresponds to battery voltage).
Compatibility: The control unit is also functional with all standard windmeile motors with or without Hall sensor. The controller has been specially designed for compatibility with our 500W Bafang motors. If the Hall sensor of your engine is defective, the controller still works, only starting is slightly less round. The controller must be used with KT series display. The compatible displays can be found in our store.
Connections: Our Torque Professional Controller has two connectors for lights with an output voltage of 36V, three connections for the motor, one port for the thumb gas, two connections for the battery (+ and -), a port for the display, a port for Hall sensor and speed sensor, two connectors for the brake and a connector for PAS (pedal assist systems).
