FISCHER Home Repair Service
If something is wrong with your bike, Fischer offers you a home repair service. For this purpose, our service hotline is available from Monday to Friday. Our trained installers will take care of the necessary repairs directly at your site after appointment. Depending on the situation, it may be necessary that a spare part or even the bike/e-bike must be sent in. Please keep the frame number and purchase receipt at hand.
Our tip: The operating and assembly instructions provide valuable assistance in the commissioning of the e-bike.
Fischer inspection offers
Give your e-bike extensive maintenance, so you can avoid breakdowns and you can enjoy your rides carefree. Maintenance by one of our service fitters includes a full examination and inspection of the e-bike.

I am interested in an e-bike for the first time. Which one suits me?
Which e-bike is right for you depends on many factors. Where do you want to ride or use the bike predominantly: in the city, on mixed ground conditions, in the countryside, for short distances or rather extended tours, for a short commuter route, for transporting loads? What does pre-assembled mean?
Our Fischer e-bikes are delivered pre-assembled. All you need to do is screw on or click on the pedals, fix the handlebars, adjust the saddle to the correct height and, in your own interest, to check all screws for a secure fit. Everything else (brakes, gears, etc.) is already factory set.
Up to what speed do Fischer e-bikes support?
Fischer bicycle produces only pedelecs that support up to a speed of 25 km/h when pedalling.
How far can I ride with my Fischer e-bike?
The range depends on different factors: Headwind, outdoor temperature, slope, ground, age of the system, selected support, performance, engine type, tyre pressure, tyre profile, loading (e-bike + driver + payload), gear selection, wheel type, starting frequency, etc. The more favorable factors come together, the greater the range to be achieved.
My battery is new and does not reach the specified range!
A new battery only reaches its full performance when it is initially emptied and recharged several times (min. three times), after at least a day. Please also note the operating instructions (English language not guaranteed).
Is a Fischer E-MTB roadworthy according to StVZO?
If you want to make a mountain bike traffic safe according to StVZO, it must have the following components, which may need to be retrofitted: white rear reflector front, red rear light, red rear reflector rear, two yellow reflectors per pedal, two yellow spoke reflectors (cat eyes) per wheel or alternatively white reflective material on the spokes, rims or tyres, bell, two independently acting brakes (one per wheel).
Can I retrofit a battery and control unit operated lighting on my Fischer E-MTB without lighting?
This is possible with the models where a light module is installed. Whether your bike is included, you can find out at our Fischer service or on our Fischer website.
