What should be considered with spare parts?
We provide 1 year repair and spare parts service.
Electrical components: 6 months for motors, controls, batteries, chargers, electric accelerators, pedal assistance sensors and 12 months for display instruments.
Base parts: Frame 12 months, flywheel 3 months.
About wearing parts in spare parts?
Tyres, brake pads, etc. are wearing parts and do not fall under repair and replacement. If the consumable is damaged, you need to buy additional ones.
About the arrival time?
EU: 3~7 working days.
UK: 5~8 working days.

Large energy capacity: The energy supply of the Shengmilo MX05 E Fatbike is supplied with a high-quality Samsung lithium-ion battery with an energy capacity of 48 V/17.5 AH, thus offering a long range (up to 60 km). 6-8 hours charging time. Thanks to the optimised control, the Pedelec has a very efficient energy consumption. The battery is removable and can be quickly charged with the included charger.
Three working modes: 1. Pedal support mode: the motor supports you with moderate force when pedalling. In this mode, you can drive up to 90 km before charging. 2. Fully electric mode: turn the throttle lever to all the power levels you need to drive the bicycle motor. In this mode, it has a range of 50-60 km. Riding action mode: pedal the e-bike as normal as any other bike.
