The aluminium frame has the wave shape with low entry. This geometry not only ensures balanced balance, but also allows people with less mobility to climb up and down comfortably. In combination with the city handlebar cranked far back with angle-adjustable stem, the bike supports an upright, gentle sitting position in which you can ride for a long time without fatigue. You can sit on the comfortably padded comfort saddle. In addition, a suspension fork provides additional driving comfort by absorbing coarse bumps from the ground. The ergonomically shaped handles offer plenty of contact surface and thus prevent numbness and similar problems.

The electric bike is powered by a wheel hub motor on the front wheel. With 250 watts of power and a torque of up to 45 Nm, you can get forward properly - with up to 25 km/h. The battery sits on the seat tube and therefore in the centre of gravity of the wheel. This means that the Pedelec is easy to handle and balance. With 374 Wh capacity, it allows a range of up to 115 km depending on load, driving style and terrain.

The display sits right next to the left handle and can be operated with your thumb without having to remove your hand from the handlebar. It offers an overview of all 5 support levels and various bicycle computer functions such as battery level, speed and mileage. Of course, a pushing aid must not be missed.

In addition to the electric drive, the bike also has a chain drive with a 3-speed Shimano Nexus hub gear. A hub gears have a closed design, which protects the gear inside the hub from dirt and water. This reduces wear and maintenance of the gear parts to a minimum. Since only one sprocket is required, an exact straight chain line is possible, which not only prevents the chain from jumping off, but also the power transmission is optimally possible and hardly any wear on the chain.

Switching is via the tried and tested Shimano RevoShift twist grip shifter, whose operation is simple and comfortable. Strong V-brakes on the front and rear wheels ensure the best control of the bike even at higher speeds. V-brakes are also characterised by a low-maintenance design, at the same time they allow particularly precise braking processes. Only the brake pads need to be replaced when worn out. In addition, the Z510 also has a backpedal brake.

The 700c or 28 inch wheels have optimal handling when it comes to travelling longer distances on the road. They score thanks to low rolling resistance and plenty of smoothness. On the aluminium hollow chamber rims sit 45c wide tyres with road profile and reflective stripes, which significantly increases visibility in the dark and eliminates cat's eyes.

As a utility bike for the city, the Zündapp Z510 is ideally equipped for traffic and everyday use. First of all is the StVZO compliant lighting with AXA LED lights at the front and back. Pannier rack and front basket are included. A chain guard, mudguards and a side stand are also part of the bicycle from the factory. This means: You no longer have to buy accessories, but you can cycle straight away.

We recommend the e-bike with the frame height 48 cm for people with a height between 155 and 190 cm.
